MGB ROADSTER
This has also been a full restoration project for Devon Classic Cars Ltd.
Initially, the car was stripped which involved removing the windscreen, chromework, wheels etc.
The bodywork was then inspected and replacement work was carried out on the sills, jacking point, chassie legs, valance edges and panels. Repairs were done on both doors, passenger wing, boot floor and front floor as well as the front and inner bulkheads. With restoration work on classic cars, you can often uncover more work than was initially expected!
After all the repair and replacement had been carried out on the car body, it was passed over to our Restoration Shop. After 1 week of filling, sanding and priming the Roadster entered the spray booth for painting.
The interior has now been refitted - black seats with red piping and veneer walnut dash and trim. A new hood has also been fitted. This is a very genuine car and has been returned to its natural beauty.
